The Customer may accept the costs, terms and conditions by accepting the Goods and Services or continuing to give instructions to the Supplier regarding this matter. The Customer shall be responsible for any loss of damage arising, harm, personal injury or death and/or damage to property whether direct indirect, special or consequential caused by the Goods whilst the Customer is in possession, as well as any damage repair or replacement costs to the Goods. All accounts must be paid with the indicated payment terms on the Invoice. The Customer will incur an interest rate of 1.75% calculated daily according to CBA Overdraft limit fee for any overdue amounts. The Customer must also reimburse the Supplier for any legal expenses incurred due to failure of payment on time. The Supplier reserves the right to void and remove any discounts provided on final Invoice if the amounts due are not settled on time.

a) Price Changes: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. Connect Technical reserves the right to adjust prices at any time based on market conditions, supplier changes, or other factors beyond our control. These price adjustments may occur without prior notice, and the updated prices will be reflected at the time of purchase or service provision.

b) Modifications or Discontinuation of Service: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of the Service, including but not limited to products, features, or content) at any time, with or without notice. This may include temporary or permanent changes, enhancements, or removals of services or products offered. We are not obligated to provide a notice of such modifications or discontinuations, and you acknowledge that such actions may affect your use of the Service.

c) Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable to you, or to any third-party, for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service. This includes any disruption or unavailability caused by the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service, or any changes to the pricing, products, or services we offer.

a) Price Changes Due to Currency Fluctuations: Due to fluctuations in the Australian currency and market conditions, our suppliers may adjust their prices without prior notice. As a result, Connect Technical reserves the right to change the prices of products and services both in-store and on our website without notice. These changes may occur at any time, and the updated prices will be reflected at the time of purchase or agreement.

b) In-Store and Website Price Changes: Prices displayed in-store and on our website are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep prices accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee that all prices are final or fixed. The final price for any products or services will be determined at the time of purchase, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

c) Validity of Quotes: All quotes provided by Connect Technical, whether in writing or verbally, are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of the quote, unless otherwise specified. After this period, the quote may be subject to price changes or revision based on prevailing market conditions, availability of goods or services, or other factors that may affect pricing. If the customer accepts the quote after the expiration period, we will issue a revised quote, if necessary, to reflect any changes in pricing.

a) Hire Charges: All goods made available for hire will be charged at a daily, weekly, or long-term rate, as mutually agreed upon with the Customer prior to the commencement of the hire period. The agreed-upon charges will be specified in the hire agreement and are subject to change if the hire duration is extended or altered.

b) Commencement of Hire: The hire period shall commence when the goods are collected by the Customer from Connect Technical's premises, or when the goods are delivered to the Customer's venue or site, as applicable. The hire period is calculated from this time, regardless of any delays in collection or delivery.

c) Ownership and Return of Goods: All goods hired to the Customer by Connect Technical remain the property of Connect Technical at all times. The Customer agrees to return the goods in good condition to Connect Technical at the expiration of the hire period, or sooner if requested by Connect Technical. Any failure to return the goods within the specified period will incur additional charges as outlined in this section.

d) Late Return of Goods: If the goods are not returned by the agreed return date, the Customer must pay additional hire charges for each day or part thereof that the goods remain outstanding. These additional charges will be based on the day rate for those goods, as specified in the hire agreement.

e) Condition of Hired Goods: The Customer agrees to return all hired goods in the same condition as they were in when dispatched by Connect Technical. Any damage, wear, or alterations to the goods during the hire period will be the responsibility of the Customer.

f) Customer Responsibility for Goods: The Customer is fully responsible for the hired goods during the entire hire period, including any loss, theft, or damage to the goods. This responsibility extends to any loss, theft, or damage caused by the Customer’s agents, contractors, invitees, or users. The Customer must immediately notify Connect Technical of any such occurrences.

g) Security of Goods: The Customer is required to provide and maintain adequate security for all goods hired from Connect Technical to prevent loss, theft, or damage. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the hired goods are securely stored when not in use and protected from unauthorized access.

h) Prohibition on Unauthorized Repairs: The Customer shall not repair, alter, or modify, or allow any third party to repair, alter, or modify any Connect Technical equipment without prior written consent from Connect Technical. Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications will be considered customer misuse.

i) Misuse of Equipment: Any repairs, alterations, or other interference with hired equipment by the Customer or their representatives will be deemed as misuse. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any resultant loss, damage, or other consequences arising from such actions.

j) Costs for Repairs Due to Misuse: If Connect Technical incurs labor or component costs to repair any hired goods due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or interference by the Customer, the Customer will be liable to pay for such costs. These costs will be invoiced to the Customer and must be paid promptly

We may provide you with access to third-party tools and resources over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. These tools may be made available to you through the website or Service.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such third-party tools 'as is' and 'as available,' without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
